One of the cars in the Posse stable is now available for sale. Please email if interested. Thanks for looking.

Purchased August 2018 with 71K miles and I am the 4th owner. This 911 originally came pretty much fully loaded with highly sought after carbon ceramic brakes (PCCBs), sport exhaust, active suspension management (PASM), Sport Chrono, factory sport shifter, Bose stereo, and a beautiful and unique color combination of Speed Yellow over Cocoa Brown full leather interior highlighted with yellow seat belts. Original MSRP was $105,655!

It is in excellent condition, runs like a charm, no leaks, well-maintained, adult and enthusiast-owned, no pets/children, no smoking, always garaged. I just had the car professionally hand-washed, waxed, detailed, and vacuumed. It is ready to go for the new owner!

It had the IMS bearing upgraded/replaced in 2015, and a bunch of other maintenance (see below). Oil changed every 5-6,000 miles and I have three oil reports from Blackstone with normal or below normal levels on all readings during my ownership. This is the 5th 911 I’ve owned (previous 4 were air cooled) and it is definitely my favorite. I’m selling because I bought another Porsche 911.

Tastefully modified and handles/drives impeccably. All aesthetic body parts were professionally painted by Haury’s Lake City except front lip. PPIs welcomed at any reputable shop in Seattle at buyer’s expense.

Cash only, no trades.
Local sale preferred but I will facilitate shipping at buyer’s expense.
Clean title and Porsche Certificate of Authenticity in hand. I also have the clean Carfax from when I bought the car and can share with prospective buyer as well as full records of maintenance since 2005.

Known issues:
1) I hit a deer in Sep 2018 at low speed that caused cosmetic damage (see last photo). I had to have the front bumper, front hood, passenger fender, and passenger headlight replaced by a certified Porsche repair shop (Haury’s Lake City).
2) normal road rash on front bumper and hood.
3) small chip in front lip about 5-6 mm wide.
4) The washer fluid pump is not-functioning. I have a new motor but have not installed. It will come with the car.
5) Does not include side splitters or the fire extinguisher attached to passenger seat. They will be removed prior to the sale.
